The basic DOOR-TO-DOOR service includes

Next business day delivery (intracity shipments) or 1-2 business days (domestic shipments)

  • Door-to-Door: pickup and delivery of shipment from the sender's address to the recipient's address
  • Point-to-Door: receipt of the shipment from a touchpoint of the ELTA Courier network (store or ELTA store) and delivery to the recipient's door
  • Door-to-Point: collection of the shipment from the sender's address, delivery and collection by the recipient at a service point of the ELTA Courier network (store or ELTA store)
  • Point-to-Point: delivery and collection to and from a point of the ELTA Courier network (store or ELTA store)

Additional services (with extra charge)

Same day delivery: pick up and delivery of items on the same working day within the same city, possibility of providing the service in other areas as well upon request.

Cash on delivery: shipment of goods with cash collection or receipt of checks by the consignee and short delivery time to the beneficiary upon agreement (via cash or IBAN account). Immediate notification of the deposit by email.

Pre-defined appointment for delivey: delivery of mail and items within a predetermined time period within the day.

Courier waiting: with a proportional charge after the first 10 minutes.

Delivery on Weekend & Public Holidays: at selected service points of the ELTA Courier network.

Purchase order: making a purchase of a service or product on your behalf and delivering it to the place of your choice (provided payment has been made by you first).

Return shipment with protocol number and supporting documents: delivery of shipment, receipt of protocol number or receiving and receiving documents and supporting documents through special management.

Declared Value: the company's liability for loss or damage has a certain limit depending on the type of shipment. For shipments of high value items that exceed this limit, the possibility of insurance is offered through the Declared Value service in order to declare a higher value for your shipment and up to the maximum allowed limits.

Group shipping: pickup by one sender, delivery to multiple recipients with or without recipient's signature.
