- Maximum length per item: 1.5 m / Length and perimeter: 3 m.
- Maximum actual weight per item: 30 kg.
- Online tracking (track & trace) of locating objects wherever they are.
- Personal telephone service (for contract customers) *Delivery in 2-3 working days to remote areas.
- Ferry transport
- Performance 1 time per week. Loading every Wednesday, arriving in Cyprus every Tuesday.
- Charge based on actual or volumetric weight:
- Possibility of receiving / shipments over 30 kg.
- Online tracking (track & trace) of locating objects wherever they are.
- Personal telephone service (for contract customers) *Delivery in 7-8 working days to remote areas.
Additional services (with extra charge)
Cash on delivery: Shipment of goods with cash collection from the consignee and delivery to the beneficiary upon agreement, through a bank account. Refunds are made within 4-5 working days and there is immediate notification of the deposit via email.
Return of supporting documents*: Delivering documents and supporting documents to the recipient and returning them to the original sender. *applies to parcels 0-3kg.
