In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment is charged based on the volumetric weight. For example, light parcels that have a large volume and are sent by air.

The volumetric weight is calculated based on the formula:
Volumetric Weight in kilograms = Length x Width x Height in centimeters / 5000
