  • Animals
    Live or Dead animals, insects, reptiles of any kind, products of animal hair, animal skin, meat and fur
  • Substances
    Cocaine, hemp resin, LSD, Narcotics, morphine, opium, psychotropic substances, etc.
  • Lucky games
    Lotteries and Gaming Machines, Scams and Illegal Lottery Related Advertisements
  • Other
    Asbestos, Dry ice (solid carbon dioxide), Magnetized material, Toner (copier), etc.
  • Negotiable currency
    Bars, Money, Counterfeit/Replicas/Collectible Cash, Payment Cards, Traveller's Cheques, Passports, Identity Cards, Stamps,
  • Offensive
    Obscene, vulgar or offensive material, prints, photographs, books or other objects and packages bearing grossly offensive, obscene or vulgar phrases, marks or designs are prohibited. Those discovered in transit will be stopped and handed over to Customs or the Police who may take legal action against the sender and/or recipient
  • Packing
    Packages that are wet, leak, or emit an odor of any kind
  • Pornography
    Obscene or disgusting material, pornographic and/or obscene material and any arbitrary obscene object or representation of any kind
  • Forbidden
    Shipments - the carriage, exportation or importation of which is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
  • Remains
    Human and animal remains, including ashes
  • Security
    Packages that are likely to cause damage to other packages, equipment, personnel or the general public. Products that are not adequately packaged

DANGEROUS GOODS

  • Explosives Ammunition, Firearms (including accessories), Firecrackers, Christmas crackers, Party crackers, Theatrical flares, Fireworks (firecrackers, flares, Firecrackers), Flares, Fuses, Flammables, Nitroglycerine, etc.
  • Compressed gases, liquefied or dissolved under pressure
    All flammable compressed gases are prohibited (Welding Torches, Butane, Cigarette Lighters, Ethane, Gas Cylinders (gas cylinders full or empty), Ammonia products, Hydrogen, Methane, Propane, etc.
  • All toxic compressed gases are prohibited (Chlorine, Fluorine, etc.)

  • Artworks Any collectible painting, sculpture or other work of Art
  • Negotiable Currency
    1. Postage stamps are prohibited unless they are sealed or can no longer be used for mailing.
    2. Money – bank cheques, current bank notes, notes or coins, credit cards, debit cards, uncrossed postal money orders that do not specify to whom they are payable, checks or dividend securities that have not been crossed and paid to bearer. Bearer securities, including rights to acquire shares or certificates of registration, bonds or related notes, unstamped stamps, coupons, vouchers, tokens, lottery tickets, scratch cards or similar documents that can be exchanged or any other document for money, goods or services
  • Declared value
    Shipments with a declared value for customs greater than that allowed.
  • Diagnostic samples
    Diagnostic samples - unless classified as Dangerous Goods
  • Documentation Cargo that is required by KRONOS EXPRESS LTD to have a permit or its carriage will not be accepted if KRONOS EXPRESS LTD has elected not to obtain such permit
  • Medicines Prescription drugs sent for medical or scientific purposes must not meet any of the criteria of the 9 UN risk categories when classified by the sender. Prescription drugs can be sent by private individuals in case of emergency
  • Electronic devices Electronic/electrical devices and machinery (batteries must be removed and packed separately)
  • Fake/Virtual Games Toy guns, paintball guns, air guns, antique guns, swords, knives, etc.
  • Fragile
    1. Goods that require special handling or careful handling because they are particularly fragile or can be transported upright or only lying on a certain side
    2. Ceramic or composite materials made wholly or partly of porcelain

    Plants and plant material, including seeds and cut flowers (cut flowers are only accepted at certain destinations)
  • Postal Addresses
    Mails to Military Post Office, Fleet Post Office, PO Box addresses
  • Prohibited Origin
    Goods from which imports are not permitted according to the local laws and regulations of the country of destination
  • Tobacco products
    Cigarette, Cigars, Electronic Cigarettes, Tobacco
  • Valuables
    1. Precious – Precious metals and stones, jewelry and genuine pearls. Articles made largely or entirely of gold, silver or other precious metals
